Rob brings an intense focus to FaithQuest Missions and our Barnabas Ministry. Rob is an encourager, always helping others to reach higher and expand their boundaries of living in God’s Kingdom. A former professional athlete, Rob’s life was heavily influenced by various coaches and mentors that poured into guiding, directing, and shaping his life. Extending the legacy, Rob’s driven to coach.
Rob’s purpose is to help people choose better, always looking to improve, and coaching others to perform in God’s calling at the highest level. Romans 12:8 is Pastor Rob’s guidepost in coaching – giving encouragement . . . living generously . . . leading enthusiastically . . . and helping others cheerfully.
Rob also is an accomplished writer. As a outpouring of his ministry at FaithQuest he writes a daily blog titled “God Wins” which can be found at #GodJustWins on Facebook and Instagram, Rob authors messages of optimism and hope to readers around the world to help reinforce that the least, lost, and last are all treasured by God.
In addition, Rob is heavily engaged as a champion and coach for FaithQuest’s Adventure Ministry. Helping to pioneer the annual FreedomQuest Challenge, Rob launched cycling 100 miles per day for 31 days in May of ’21. He is also involved with FaithQuest’s cycling ministry, both locally and internationally. In fact, Rob is returning to Mt. Kilimanjaro championing FaithQuest’s “Freedom Trek” event in January of 2023, following he and his son’s world record climb to the 19,341′ summit via mountain bike in 2017!
Bottom line, Pastor Rob is passionate to inspire and aspire for all of God’s greatest plans for each of us!
On a personal note, living in Laguna Beach, Rob and Debra have two children that are wildly proud of their parent’s marriage going strong now beyond 3 decades!
